We pride ourselves on guaranteeing our  products, we call it " Peace of Mind Investment ". If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns as long as the product has not been opened or used.

We will refund the money to you by the same method as your original payment  for orders placed through our website, being able to return your products within 15 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale.

We will request proof of purchase  and may require your personal identification.

Orders are dispatched personally after confirming your purchase, and previously agreed with the buyer the place of delivery in certain sectors:

• San Antonio de los Altos, Carrizal: Approximately 1-2 business days.
• Caracas: 1 time per week (South East Zone).
• Other delivery locations in Greater Caracas will be previously agreed upon.

Important information:

• Initially we are making free personalized deliveries in certain sectors of San Antonio de los Altos and Carrizal. The rest must be previously coordinated.
• At the time of delivery of the products, you must show the digital proof of payment or, failing that, pay the total amount of the purchase in cash.
• The delivery by us begins to run from the approval of the order, which is notified via email.
• Deliveries: Monday to Friday: 9 am – 5 pm.
• You must check the packaging very well and verify that they are in perfect condition in the company of the carrier before signing the delivery note. In case of evidence of a fault in the packaging, do not receive the product or sign the guide, if you sign without reviewing, you will lose the right to claim.
